S19h-16 and cs49h-16 disc steam traps are thermally dynamic automatic steam traps, which are used to automatically remove condensate in the steam pipe network and steam heater. 
Disc type steam trap adopts internal thread connection and flange connection respectively, except the connection mode is different, the internal structure and performance are the same. The product adopts air insulation structure, so it can reduce the wear and steam leakage caused by the valve disc and valve seat, and can be applied to the installation environment where the temperature changes greatly.

Steam trap features:

Steam trap working principle:
The trap has a valve piece, which is a sensitive piece and an action piece. When the device is started, the cooling condensate appears in the pipeline, and the condensate pushes the valve plate by working pressure to discharge rapidly. When the condensate discharged, steam into the steam trap, the volume of steam rapidly expanded, steam than the condensate velocity is higher, so that the valve plate up and down the pressure difference, the valve plate in the steam velocity of the suction quickly closed. When the valve plate is closed, the valve plate is subjected to pressure on both sides, the stress area below the valve plate is less than the stress area above, because the pressure in the steam trap chamber comes from the steam pressure, so the pressure above the valve plate is greater than the pressure below, the valve plate is tightly closed. When the steam inside the steam trap chamber cools to condensate, the pressure inside the steam chamber disappears. Condensate by working pressure to push the valve plate, condensate and continue to discharge, cycle work, intermittent drainage.
