V type ball valve is a fixed ball valve, ball valve seal is a single seat, adjust the ball in the best performance, is equal percentage flow characteristic, adjustable ratio of 100:1. Is a core seat is made of metal or metal, rotating ball valve on the PTFE seal fit, it will be the best control valve and butterfly valve are combined into a whole, can be used as a control valve, but also can be used as a cut off valve. Its main features are:
(1) the integral body of the pipe joint is not affected by the stress of the pipe or bolt, and the pressure hull is not affected by the "sudden change" of the pressure due to the no pipe joint of the valve body;
(2) with a V type body, even in the case of small flow or high viscosity media, but also in the entire range, to ensure the accuracy of control;
(3) leakproof durable seat in its outer lining with stainless steel inner core PTFE cup or O type sealing ring, the valve seat made of tungsten cobalt hard alloy with large cross section, through a corrugated spring alloy reinforced seat structure;
(4) when the valve is closed, producing wedge shear force between V notch and the valve seat, and has self-cleaning function and can prevent the ball stuck, especially suitable for high viscosity, suspension, unclean paper pulp and fiber media applications.
