Pneumatic membrane PTFE single seat control valve is controlled instrument in the execution unit. It consists of pneumatic diaphragm actuator and direct single seat of fluorine plastic valve of two parts. Since the valve wetted parts are high-pressure injection molding process, lining has the capability to corrosion and aging of FEP (F46), and the use of PTFE bellows seal, so that the valve is widely used in chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, medicine, power and other industries in the process of acid and alkali corrosion medium and toxic and volatile gas and liquid medium control.

The standard group with the single seat pneumatic valve, the output force of the pneumatic diaphragm actuator is certain. In order to achieve the ideal adjustment and closing, the pressure of the valve must be limited to a certain value, the product should be selected according to table 3. When the pressure exceeds the allowable value, adjustable spring preload, equipped with a valve positioner or use other actuators to overcome the imbalance of power, but the order must contact with my company, explaining the situation before ordering.
