With a safety valve for steam working temperature are less than 350 wrench spring, the equipment and piping of air medium. A44Y with a wrench spring full open safety valve suitable for working temperature are less than 300 of the air, oil and other media of the equipment or pipeline, as the overpressure protection device. Connecting flange standard PN<6.4MPa according to JB/T-94 series 1. PN = 6.4MPa according to JB/T-94 2 standard.

1. The full-opening safety valve with wrench spring is characterized by simple structure, good sealing performance, accurate opening pressure, large discharge capacity, small return seat pressure difference and convenient adjustment.
2, nozzle type valve seat: the valve seat is the position of the wall nozzle type valve seat, the steam flow through the valve seat exit reaches the speed of sound, the discharge coefficient is large, the valve seat sealing surface surfacing cobalt-chromium tungsten carbide, wear resistant erosion, long life.
3, thermoelastic disc: the disc is designed for thermoelastic structure, using its small deformation in the medium pressure, improve the sealing ability, to overcome the relief valve in the medium pressure near the setting pressure of the leakage phenomenon. Disc sealing surface with advanced laser quenching technology, improve the hardness, wear resistance, impact resistance.
4, adjust the nut: adjust the nut, adjust the spring compression amount, so that the valve can be very convenient, very quickly to obtain accurate setting pressure.
5, back pressure adjustment sleeve: to adjust the disc back pressure of the auxiliary mechanism, through the back pressure adjustment sleeve adjustment, can get the appropriate back seat pressure difference. When upregulation, make valve back pressure lower. Lower the back pressure of the valve to increase.

1, the safety valve must be installed vertically, and the best installed directly in the container or pipe joints. Joint diameter should not be less than the safety valve inlet diameter.
2, the export of safety valve must be fitted with appropriate expansion joints, in order to prevent the thermal expansion of the exhaust pipe to the safety valve should not be brought about by the thermal stress. Inner diameter of the discharge pipe should be larger than the outlet diameter of the valve, the length is as short as possible to avoid turning. The discharge tube and the expansion joint shall not be on the safety valve and shall be fixed to the building. The center line of the discharge tube and the center line of the valve body is as short as possible. For each safety valve should be installed separately discharge tube.
3, muffler outlet should have enough area to prevent the impact of back pressure on the valve discharge capacity.
