The filter element is the main component to prevent the flame propagation. Metal mesh filter element with diameter of 0.23~0.315mm stainless steel or copper mesh, multi-layer overlap composition. At present, arresters in China usually use 16~22 mesh metal mesh, for 4~12 layers.
